RRHMA’s Summer of Safety Open House and 2024 Walk Amongst the Giants tours were a hit with visitors from far and wide. The diverse crowd, spanning generations, shared moments of awe and joy. Everyone witnessed the power of #6936 as it gracefully transported passengers on an unforgettable journey. From the thrill of the Fast Track to the unique cab rides, the event resonated with all who attended. This year’s event promises even more surprises and adventures that will make lasting memories for all that attended.
Amidst the excitement, a surprise appearance joined in the spotlight. #2816, with its captivating mechanical charm, stood tall for all to admire and delve into its storied past. We owe this memorable experience to CPKC and the invaluable support from Iowa Interstate Railway. #2816’s presence added an extra layer of fascination to an already fantastic event.
