RRHMA Terms & Conditions
The goal of Railroad Heritage of Midwest America (RRHMA) is to provide a safe experience for all guest. If you will be using a mobility device during your visit we strongly recommend you travel with a person physically fit to assist with your needs. RRHMA-Silvis is a historic facility and can be challenging for those with limited mobility. Many areas of the facility do not provide easy access for wheelchairs and scooters. However due to various conditions and age of the facility; ageing floor, bumps and dips in floor, close clearances, step ramps, rough terrane, steep stairs, narrow doorways, passengers using mobility devices may experience difficulty. RRHMA volunteer staff will make every effort to assist but are not allowed to individually physically lift more than 50 pounds. Many areas do not provide wheelchair access. The decision to allow any guest to visit will be made by RRHMA staff on the basis of the safety and welfare of all involved and is final. If guest are unable to attend because of circumstances outlined above there will be no refund or credit for missed events. While RRHMA recognizes your disappointment the safety of both guest and staff takes precedence.
All submissions are final, no refunds or exchanges. This includes accidental and duplicate entries on the part of the submitting party.
